Terms of Use

Last updated

These terms apply when you use Stamp90 (stamp90.com). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Stamp90.

What Stamp90 is, and is not

Stamp90 is a day-counting tool. It adds up the dates you enter and applies counting rules, such as the Schengen 90/180-day rule and 183-day tax-residency tests, to give you estimates.

Stamp90 is not legal, immigration or tax advice. Rules differ by nationality, visa, bilateral agreements and personal circumstances, and they change. Border officers and tax authorities make the final decisions, using their own records. Before you travel or file, check the official sources (such as the EU short-stay calculator) and, where it matters, ask a qualified immigration lawyer or tax adviser.

Your responsibility for what you enter

Results are only as accurate as the trips you enter. You are responsible for entering complete and correct dates and for how you use the results. Do not rely on Stamp90 as your only record of your travel.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 to create an account.
  • Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in to Stamp90 as you.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your data

You own the trips and notes you enter. You give us permission to store and process them to run Stamp90 for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Stamp90: no attempts to break in or overload it, access other people's data, scrape it at scale, use it for anything unlawful, or enter other people's data without their permission. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Changes and availability

Stamp90 is provided free of charge for now. We may change, add or remove features, introduce paid plans (we will tell you first, and nothing you use for free will be charged without your agreement), or stop the service. We aim to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of important data with Settings → Save backup.

No warranty

Stamp90 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stamp90 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using Stamp90, including refused entry, fines, entry bans, overstay penalties, visa refusals, tax assessments, missed travel or extra travel costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to Stamp90 is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, you keep the rights your local law gives you.

Indemnity

If you misuse Stamp90 or break these terms and someone makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Stamp90 is established, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Stamp90 after that means you accept the new terms.
